So here’s the thing:  until recently, I had several blogs – a comedy blog, a writing blog, a family blog, one for cool things I ran across on the Web, yada yada blah blah blah.   After years of trying to manage five separate blogs, I finally decided to consolidate them.  It’s my sincere hope that this will make it easier for me to post regular updates.   

Two of the page titles come from a quote by George Carlin:
“…their stuff is shit and your shit is stuff.”  

My Stuff is my blog on the writing process and my struggles to produce The Great American…well, anything, really. 

Their Shit will look at other people’s writing from my point of view in my capacity as an editor, writers’ group co-organizer, or voracious reader. 

I’ll let you know up front that I can be ridiculously fannish about certain things; overly self-critical; and, on occasion, a bit of a bitch.  You’ve been warned.
